This is very helpful and informative. I learned quite a bit about how to do this. Very cool.
And you are right about not needing to get Billy's head absolutely perfect regarding shape and paint coverage.
I mean he was made by a guy with late-stage cancer. He just wants to get Billy made so he can torture a bunch of people. He doesn't need to look like Jeff Dunham's creations. 😁👍

How long is gonna dry the plaster???

It usually goes solid after about 10 minutes but I give it 24 hours before removing it from a sculpture just to be safe.
