For my 9month baby I grind ruffly oots or rava in mixer. Then I add 1 cup water cook well then add milk and cook til thick. Sometimes direct in milk it burn we have to stir continuously. Or take half cup water half cup milk add in then cook

Rolled oats are already steamed once. When you roast them and add enough water before serving, they're well cooked. So, no worries. Thanks for your comment!

Oats should be cooked thoroughly,it cannot be consumed raw as shown.
It may lead to stomach disorders in babies.
