Man the way you create guides that are accessible and use revo while still using some manual inputs so players can learn to do some manual is truly amazing. Not only that but you actually break down and explain every decision you make and ability you use and why its done.
I really hope people see the value in what you're doing because you are opening up the world of pvm to so many players. This guide isn't for me any more but I can definitely appreciate both why jagex release mid level content like this and how great of a job you do explaining it to the players. Great work, keep it up.

Love me some Osseous. Even the quest to unlock her was hilarious. Makes me wonder if she has mind-controlling abilities like the Skeletal Horror, because the "calm" archaeologist was acting very similar to the Odd Old Man.
Really like that you opted for some manual inputs rather than just a full afk revo bar. I think this boss is a great opportunity for players to learn more about pvm so it's nice to see the guide doing that as well!
I just wanna say, the inventory editing where you item by item is honestly so palatable. It makes it so much easier than throwing an invent up with a bunch of random colored potions. Osseus isn’t for me but this video was so well done

I just started bossing thanks the the ego boost necro gave me, I can finally do bosses and this boss seems even more simple to deal with his mechanics then archglacor which I can finally kill solo on hard, and seems like much better money, so this will be my next grind thanks 👌🏽

Osseous counts as a Rex Matriarch, so if you've read "The Aged Journal" in the warped Depths in Daemonheim by doing archaeology at Daemonheim, there are a few 100 Mil + items added to Osseous's drop table.
Been waiting for your video on it! I got about 20-30 kills on release day and day after. I haven’t done it with Salve because I have Salamancy, but I believe they roughly are equal for dps boost because the Salamancy necklace boosts abilities and conjures by 15% and the Salve does not effect conjures from what I’ve been told, but provides a 20% boost to your personal damage.

I can say after several kills,right before he throws the little dinos,threads of fate into finger death is goated for killing them
Hey there, using this guide to learn osseus. sometimes when I'm summoning putrid zombie and need him to explode to kill all the mini dinos I find that he has run over to the far east side of osseus many tiles away from me. This causes the explosion not to kill the mini dinos and I immediately die. Is there a reason why it runs away? any way to prevent it?

Just a heads up for the guide, you actually need lvl 84 necromancy and not 70 if you want to have 3 conjures up and ready for the mini dino phase. If you are lvl 70 and already have your ghost + skelly up you will get an error message when trying to summon your zombie for the aoe explosion
i am confused when you say with the weapon special we use it at 0-2-4 stacks? im new to necro dps but surely its better to use it at 12 stacks? as it deals more damage?
If you have the stacks to use Finger of Death without costing adrenaline, Finger of Death is better. Don't want to waste 12 stacks on the special attack and then have no other good abilities.
Appreciate the guide as someone coming back to the game. Quick question tho, how do you get that window with the necro buffs and info? i cant seem to find that option D:
Its an ALT1 plugin, google alt1 for runescape and you will be able to find it :)
This is the "Necromancy Job Gauge" Alt1 plugin. It reads your necromancy buffs from your action bar (assuming they're visible) and puts it into that nice format to easily see what you have going on.
You might also want to add you need 35 archaeology for the mini quest to unlock the boss
My zombie for some reason, walks to her side about 50% of the time instead of in front of her so it doesn't hit the babies when it explodes . I keep getting killed by those... :( I try to reposition the zombie and/or use scythe to clear them instead but I never have time | It looks so easy when you do it...
threads of fate/finger of death kills them as well

Psure you can summon hellhound and ripper without doing the archeology things (only need that to summon)
Also 84 Necro for 3 active conjures for the zombie method

Can't get resonance up fast enough, dunno what im doing wrong
My zombie keeps wandering off to the far right side of osseus whenever I need to use command to kill the group of baby dinos so it never hits them. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
Same thing happens to me about 30% of the time, looks quite random to me.
What i`ve been doing is, as soon as i spawn the zombie i just look where he is running. If he runs to the side of Osseus, i just follow it, so the skeletons are running close to its explosion radius and proceed as normal.
Works quite nicely in my opinion.
So I'm using the zombie it's exploding, and none of the little dudes are dying I'm either dying myself or having to turn around and try and scythe them all down. What am I doing wrong? IDGI
Dinos converge one time, the Osseous swipes them away, you'll need to wait for them to get to you the second time to blow up the zombie.
0:35 looks so uncanny without human wearing it

As a side-note from another comment I saw; the necklace of Salamancy will (later on) be a better option than the Salve since (from what was commented elsewhere) the damage bonuses apply to your conjures unlike the Salve which only applies to the player's own damage (plus drop rate bonus).
They end up being about the same in terms of effectiveness, but the lower your dpm is, the better the salamancy is
didn't want to say one was better than the other, but with the loot chance, salamancy definitely clears salve e

didnt work even with higher gear, zombie wanders off immediatly and doesnt touch small dinos at all, even if I cycle to them, the zombie stays far enough away to not kill them all.
Oh I forgot, I dont have the youtuber stat buffs....
literally the only way any of the non super high tier gear videos work.
