And the teacher ( Nizaam) was a religious teacher one of the friends of Allah the Almighty GOD, If he sees some one with care, world changes for him that's what poet is saying, and then the poet needs nothing but his love, and he must be believing that this love of teacher will take him to love of the creator HIMSELF
