Oh my Hoshi! I thought I was the only one who loved 2:18 the sound of a train. Reminds me of my Dad.❤❤❤❤
The sound of a train is such an amazing sound! I love it too 🥰
I only started watching, but I needed to stop and talk about the sound of a train going by. I absolutely love that sound. There’s something both nostalgic and exciting about it. Will never tire of that sound.
Same here - I love the sound of a train - so hometowny! 🥰
When I made mine, a few years ago, I used salt and pepper shakers from the dollar tree, and glued them on the back. The polls fit right in.
Omgoodness, that's a great idea!! Thanks!🥰
Love these!! Thank you for including all the problems you had so that way we don't come across them.
I hope the video was helpful! Be sure to check out the other UA-camr with a similar project. Link the description!
Finally got to finish watching! I ended up getting 3 calls and had to stop but I absolutely love how they turned out ! You have definitely fired me up again 😊
Well thanks so much for watching the whole video! so glad you enjoyed it! 🥰
I remember these glass flowers from a few years ago. It seems everyone was making them. It’s nice to see them making a comeback. Looks like a lot of fun n your imagination can go wild. Thanks Cindy for sharing. ♥️♥️😊👍👍👍🌟
These flowers have been around for awhile! They were fun to make with the clear glass. Plus the clear glass was easier to find! 🥰
I made some of those flowers a few years ago and I glued Dollar store salt shakers to the back and then just set that over a piece of rebar that I put in the ground. I’ve also seen people use a bottle.
Love this tip! Thanks so much 🥰
AWESOME! I have rarely thrifted b4 moving here & I love that fact that you live in Sussex County as well. I now have 3 diff thrift stores to visit due to this video - THANKS!
Awesome Anna! I hope you find some great deals!🥰

Thanks Joyce!🥰
These are adorable.
Thanks so much!
Lovely project!
Glad you like it!
I've seen these on another channel beside yours and the one you mentioned. They're so pretty.
I agree! Using colored plates is beautiful too! 🥰
Beautiful in clear! I've had this one my to do list also! Amazing job! Tfs ❤
Awesome! Thank you! I hope you get to make some soon!
These are beautiful. I think the choice of using all clear dishes was very smart. A friend of mine had her husband help her making some a good while back. He drilled holes in each dish then had a big bolt screw with a nut 🔩 through all the dishes that connected to rebar. I can’t remember how it attached to the “stem”.😅. Love yours better.😊❤
My hubby has drilled through glass before (old milk bottles we turned into countertop nightlights) and it isn't easy! I enjoy the clear glass look too - I hadn't seen any with clear so thought I would give it a try!
What if you use wet sand paper and scuff sand the back of the bottom plate to make it a little more porous and tactile to glue "unlike" surfaces together? Beautiful project.
That's a great idea! Thanks so much!
I'm wondering if using E6000 would work as well. I have plenty of that in my arsenal. I would love to make these. Thank you for sharing
Thanks for the tip - I did end up using E6000 and it is holding well so far! Hope you get to make some of these flowers for your home too! 🥰
I don’t think there is a square in of this state where I can stand and not hear a train 😂😂😂
Truth! It's a wonderful sound 🚞
Scratch up the smooth surface of the glass to get the glue to hold better.
Great idea! Thanks! I ended up using E6000 and it worked like a charm!
would E6000 work better?
I ended up using E 6000 and so far it’s working perfectly!
