Well skipping meals once or twice wouldn't be counted but if you continuously skip meals daily even if you aren't trying to hurt yourself that can be counted as self-harm because you're basically starving yourself/depriving yourself of food. (I literally do it all the time 😭)
I use gacha club for the characters but you can use any gacha mod you want, I make and edit the videos on capcut and I make my thumbnails on ibis paint x :)

If you're talking about the outline colours of the shirts then you use the gacha app you're using to do it, a tip is to always make the outline darker than the shirt, it makes it look nicer :)
