Even street dancers needs to learn about fluent moves of modern dance. Modern dance is the way to express human emotions through the dancing ... If you dominate that, you can dance and express any type of genre in the right way. Without going too far... We have Jimin. Jimin studied contemporary when he was young. Even if J-Hope is the best dancer, the way that Jimin dance it's much more graceful and fluent with his body, his mind is connected with every move and you can feel it. He dominates every muscle to express what he's feeling. His performance for LIE at the WINGS concert was insane. That's what I'm trying to say. If you are a dancer you have to watch and feel the execution of the song, even if it isn't a hype song or even if it isn't your genre.

Well the song is about losing someone you love so it would have been weird if it was a hype kind of dance lol. Their dance routines always reflect the spirit of the lyrics.
They have both types of songs, emotionals and hypes, their lyrics are so meaningful and beautiful. They don't have just good dance moves, they aren't just dancers, they are SINGERS too. (My english suck so sorry for that 😅)
You should definitely take some contemporary dance lessons, it'll help you in all other dance styles, BTS emote very well in their hype songs because they have a diverse base to draw strength from and therefore know how to express with their body, it's not enough to just do the moves.
Actually you can't appreciate this dance without knowing what the song is talking about, what the meaning behind Spring Day is. This is such a powerful and sorrowful song with a strong message in it. So yhea it's an emotional song and they are more focus on the emotions here or on the vocal in Live but I think maybe you ll apreciate it if one day you dig into that song deeper than just the surface of it :) Anyway I like your reaction nonetheless and I will be here for the next one as always 😁👌

Dance is not only for the hype and upbeat dance. Like song, not only hard rock but there are also slow, emotional and sad song. BTS is not only dancing for hardcore dance but they also can expressing it in slow emotional dance. If u dont like it, pls appreciate it because u make the reaction video of a group whom the fans are all over the world and are very sensitive and get triggered if somebody said something bad to BTS.
