I LOVE THIS!!!! at first my arms got really (still do kinda) sore but then after a day of doing it over and over again i could see the difference in my wrists flowing more easily, sharper, and less stiff than before. thank you!!!
I thought I would be decent at wrist and arms control, considering we did tutting in hiphop and popping classes but this is a whole different breed of movement. Thanks for the tutorial it's really helpful!

Hi! Not sure if someone will answer this, but does somebody know if you can improve mobility in your wrists, like with stretching? Mine are very stiff and want to know if it's fixable with practice

Yes you can if you stretch your wrists everyday. It might take times but you'll get it.
