Hi Sir.. I am in process of buying property in Navi Mumbai Maharashtra My seller had bought the property from Builder in 2005 when it was under construction. He only has Agreement of sale and no sale deed. Agreement of sale is stamped from sub registrar. My question if will the seller be able to transfer the title in my name and would this cause future problem if I was to sell the property. Thanks
