Yes, it tracks sleep efficiency and quality by measuring light and deep sleep duration. Also it tracks how many times you wake up in the night. It gives score out of 100 based on these metrics in the QRing app. Hope it helps ;)
First of all thank you and i'm glad you liked the video. I think smart ring is a great choice for athletes due to their compact size, lightweight design, and continuous health monitoring features like heart rate and sleep tracking. They offer convenience and long battery life, and are typically durable and discreet. However, they might lack advanced features, have variable data accuracy, and may not integrate seamlessly with all fitness apps. Overall, they are suitable for those who prfioritize basic health metrics and comfort over comprehensive functionalities.

Mine is 60mm so i opted for size #9
Colmi anel é bom 😁
How long does the battery last for normal usage?
Usually around for 4 days with 30mins interval monitoring.
Can it be used to continuously monitor my heart rate while doing an exercise?
Yes, you can set heart rate monitoring to lowest 5mins interval. Keep in mind then it will use more battery and impact the standby time.
Is the SPO2 feature gone now?
It is still there in the Q-ring app that you can even set to measure on regular intervals.
Do you know if it integrates with Google Fit?
No, it only works with QRing app.
As I see in the app, there is a way to synchronize with Google Fit app
@@CharlesMcGill-et8un you are right, they introduced the integration with Google fit app from version 1.0.0.35. thanks for the info!!
