It is Indeed. I do screaming myself. In the beginning I couldn't grasp it. It took me months to get it. Once I had it I ended up sounding like Randy Blythe
Guess some people grasp it quicker than others or are just gifted as I don't find it hard at all. Once you understand how to do it without damaging your chords it can be rather simple. To your comment though, I'm not hearing a lot of dynamics in the vocal performance here, sounds mostly in the same key throughout. Just my 2 ducats.
It’s not nearly as hard as you’re making it sound, or you’re just not meant to idk. For me it was easy from early teens.

I came across this wonderful band by chance ... I was on a youtube comment section about travel to valencia Spain and someone mentioned the band and Female Singers Name so being a metalhead travelling to Spain I had to check them out and WOW they/She mesmerized me .... I'm trying to find that guys comment again so I can thank him from the bottom of my heart!
