It is Indeed. I do screaming myself. In the beginning I couldn't grasp it. It took me months to get it. Once I had it I ended up sounding like Randy Blythe
Guess some people grasp it quicker than others or are just gifted as I don't find it hard at all. Once you understand how to do it without damaging your chords it can be rather simple. To your comment though, I'm not hearing a lot of dynamics in the vocal performance here, sounds mostly in the same key throughout. Just my 2 ducats.
