My 2004 stiff to turn and won't turn far enough to start engine turned out to b a bad ignition actuator in the upper half of column and the plastic block in the lower half that attaches to the actuator. Column had to come out. Found that the biggest problem was the block in lower half was binding thus key could not move through it's stages. It would not slide in its housing. Sanded down the edges until it slides smoothly and put back together. Works great now!!
I got power to my main fuse box located near the engine, but when I get in the car I don’t have any lights coming on. Sometimes it’ll go beep beep beep like the ford sound then turn the key and acts like it’s dead. No lights work. New battery
