Hi it used to be a trout fishery they used to then but you can’t spin for the perch now no sorry and yeah it’s a day ticket fishery you can book on Catch app

Lyn and Steve are great owners. And you'll struggle to find a more peaceful venue.
My daughter fished the pleasure pond one time and caught 39 carp in one day (and one chub) 😮😮
The carp/ house lake is more 'moody'. I've found baiting heavily there helps, as they crave good quality food.

Yeah there both great owners,
And is really tranquil there.
Yeah the pleasure pond can really be productive for the smaller carp all year tbf,
the house lake I could go today whilst still in winter and have afew carp on a day session it is a hit and Miss at this time of year but when it warms up they feed like crazy
