Yay! Instead of adding salt to the noodle water I boil my noodles in chicken stock. The noodles soak up that good stock and bayBEEE!😂🤣😂 on and poppin!

@@DominiqueLashae I'm telling you it's poppin! If you don't have stock you can do water and bouillon cubes. Also the fat from the stock keeps the noodles from sticking

Yes maam! l hardly use water for anything. l also add milk to corn water. Helps to hold natural milk in the corn.

I brought my mother a Avon Imari perfume set with a red and blue makeup bag and I cooked her meatloaf, baked macaroni & cheese, pinto beans, Jiffy cornbread, deviled eggs 🥚 her favorite German chocolate cake and brought her favorite drink Cherry 🍒 Dr. Pepper.
Now that sounds good to me!

That was nice of u all...but u drain the juice from the cans..its bn n there for a min. Drain & just add more water n the can. I make homemade mac & cheese & i add only 1 stick butter & garlic n corn. No salt. Also drain macaroni .
Exactly! I can't stand that "Canned" taste. If I do use canned veggies, I rinse it and put more water with chicken or beef bullion.
The "nutritional value" of canned goods isnt as prevalent as fresh.. so that lil tin can water ain't providing no real vitamins.
@PositiveVibes DoingWhatMakesMeHappy well im 42 yrs old ive bn cooking since 10yrs old thru the learnings of my grandma, momma & aunts... old school cooking. Don't nobody want to taste that juice from the can. It leaves a tart taste. Better off pouring it out & just add more water or just eat greens from the garden not can

Oh I slowly starting to stop eating and I use Coconut sugar or brown sugar and olive oil butter but the food look good my went out for Mother's day I didn't do anything was supose to go out it was a surprise I didn't go no the weather change it was cold and raining

That's a great idea to use Chicken Stock in place of water. I'll try that. I use chicken stock instead of water for my greens too..

Nique an easier way to get your cheese out the pack is set your cheese by the eye where you're boiling your noodles 6-10 mins before you're about to drain your noodles... Now back to the video
U can out olive oil in the water too. It gives the pasta a nice taste without the salt.
Salt does bring out the sweetness in food, that's what every recipe whether homemade of box call for salt or already has salt, do your research folks, I never put sugar in my sweet peas but then again I always drain the water and replace it with either fresh water or chicken stock, I love the connection you guys all have, family is everything, i took my mother out for mother's day

Try Petit Pois instead of regular sweet peas... they tiny peas and sweet!! My favorite! Preferably Dubois brand but there’s another brand in a silver van that’s good as well... telling y’all goodt!

Quick and super simple
Next time use real shedded cheese in your mac. lt will make a HUGE difference. Also half n half or heavy whipping cream makes the ultimate cheesy cheese. You are doing great. Try homemade mac! lts more work but the taste is unmatched. By the way l cooked Pot Roast with veggies, homemade- fried chicken, mac n cheese, greens, and sweet potato casserole with Sis Shubert rolls. Thee bomb l tell yall!

I didn't finish my post before it posted itself. My mom, my daughter, my little sister, & myself were in Memphis the weekend of Mother's Day. Tell Destiny she did a great job on the strawberry shortcake. I saw her on the Gram. Dominique don't feel bad, some of dishes be good, but not like my mom's.

I eat elbows and shells but I mostly make shells because my boo always asked for the shells lol
If I make the Mac from scratch I like to use the elbows, if I’m making it quick outta the box I like the shells.
