    Well done 👏🏻 Every serious magician should own all of Juan’s books. 5 Points, The Magic Way, Sonata, Magic Rainbow, and Verbal Magic in addition to Mnemonica. If you combine that with what Dani Daortiz is teaching right now on instant download, you will have armed yourself with much of why Spanish card magicians give Penn & Teller such terror. Their ideas and philosophies are incredible, devastatingly fooling, and incredibly constructed. The ingenuity is next level.
    Juan Tamariz is the greatest card magician of all time IMO (though Dani is approaching surpassing his teacher if he hasn’t already). The fact that they’re willing to share their secrets isn’t something anyone serious about art of magic should wait on. Get the material. It’ll pay for itself before you know it if you’re willing to put in the practice.

    Hey Josh, This is a great video man. Keep up the good work. I have the book but I really don't read it much. I prefer learning from videos. Seeing you perform these effects makes me want to go back and read the book.
    Keep the videos coming. More mem-deck or stack effects, please.

    Hi, these are very good effects. I just started learning Mnemonica a few days ago. I can almost recite the cards in order, but I can't yet tell which card corresponds to which number, and vice versa. How long did it take you to master it completely?

    • @joshwilliams3522
      @joshwilliams3522  Місяць тому

      I used Mnemonica for the first 2 years of my memorized deck work. If you dedicate 30-60 minutes a day on it, I believe you will find yourself becoming relatively proficient in 7-10 days. I would find myself converting every number I saw throughout my day to the card at the number. Road signs, menus, page numbers, everything. Then, I would either go through a shuffled deck turning over cards, or if I didn't have a deck, I would go through new deck order in my head, converting each card to it's position.
