- Sky News host James Macpherson says when US President Joe Biden isn’t having a “brain malfunction, he’s just downright creepy”.
This comes after President Biden seemed to awkwardly stroke a man’s arm as he gave him a handshake.
“The guy was pretty much bald, so Joe would have gone in for the sniff of the head, but he can’t do that - what’s left? You’re in for the next best thing,” Mr Macpherson said.
