Thank you Katherine. I really struggled as I wanted to go a bit darker but kept hearing my LNS lady saying (in my head) it wouldn’t look good, so there was some agonizing on my part. But pretty happy with this choice. I am not sure why she doesn’t get more love, she sure is a beauty!
The daily updates with pictures of your progress keep me motivated. I use to think I was the only one who could only stitch a tiny bit on a daily basis. But life happens, not everybody can stitch large pieces everyday. So thank you for sharing. Stone roses was the first mira chart i bought years ago. I don't have the silks or fabric yet but i have the buttons and several different silk ribbons to choose from. (I don't have white but i have a very light blue that is almost white).
For sure life gets in the way some days! There are days that I look at the clock and am shocked it is 9:30 pm and I have no idea how it happened. Then I am tired lol. So some days it truly is 15 min of stitching 😂 But every stitch counts! That is fantastic that you have Stone Roses too - have you started it yet since posting??
@@CrossedbyFloss haven't started stone roses yet. I have limited space and got to the halfway point of the Mystic Stitch i have on my frames. Then i started organizing my floss lol. I changed from using those small drawers from Akro (Just like men use for nuts and bolts)... to switching over to my own version of Annie's keepers. I'm surprised how pricey it is to store floss but i have to do something.. the current house I'm at is very old and we have carpet beetles! Eek. I've had to throw out linen so often that i think they are living in our dryer :o. It's the only place where Not been vigilant in cleaning. (I don't use high heat but maybe i should). The thought of losing any fabric or floss to those bugs, makes me panic.
Thanks so much for doing the daily updates- I really enjoy watching your progress. Because of you I will be starting my first Mirabilia on my birthday- June !st- can't wait to try this new adventure- wish me luck!
@@CrossedbyFloss Thank you, I'm stitching Mermaid Undine and it's goin well! So far I've done about half of her hair- I decided to put her on a scroll frame and bead as I go. It's so fun, can't wait to get up to her face.

Hey Cynthia 😊 Isn’t she a beauty?? I think because she is such an early pattern she isn’t shown often which is such a shame as she is gorgeous. When I started pulling colors for her they were much more vibrant than I initially thought which was super fun. Hope you are doing well - have a great week ahead 🤗
Beautiful miraaaaaa❤😊 I do love the white as well, it’s hard to stitch that sometimes I don’t like the way it looks but once you got going I really loove it. Great choice of color❤😊
White is either a love or hate color isn’t it Gracie?!? I have started either railroading or using a trolley needle which has helped immensely. But some days I sure am over all the white 🤣🤣
What I love most about your Mira May (and Nora November) are that you often choose charts that are either older or that are not as popular currently. It's fun and inspiring to see these beauties as much as the newest ones.
It is so much fun for me to go through the patterns and decide what to stitch Paula. While I love the newer released patterns, so many stitch them right away and I like to be a rebel and do something different 🤣🤣. I am thrilled as another Mira lover that you like it as much as I do 😊
Hi Lisa! Love seeing the projects! Huge Mira fan myself and found your channel from your recent series. Looking forward to seeing the OOP. One OOP I very rarely see is Under The Friendship Tree. I wish it got more love on Flosstube. I also don’t see it come up often on the secondary market. Maybe that’s why?

I LOVE this one. Want to get it back out and do some more stitches on her. The blocks of color are fantastic, seeing instant results is wonderful.
