The explanation of ohio studies on leadership was fantastic but i want to point out on your one mistake on the last point of last slide under criticism . You said that ohio studies doesn't seem to be practically relevant but it is written that it does seems to be practically relevant. So I think you might have missed that.
By the way it was nice explanation. Thank you and tomorrow is my exam of organisational behaviour.
