Ik this was 7 months ago, but certain recipes aren't limited to using tapiyoka starch-- other starches can provide the same reaction (ex: corn starch). Hope this helped.
@@Someone-ig7we Fair warning though, when you fo use corn starch, the reaction occurs a lot faster and more aggressively. So cook time(s) and consistency will differ. (be ready and be reactive)
