I get tense..... I'm very sensitive.... I am also not worried for managing house hold things... but I feel ki I also need love and affection from husband family.... which I feel some time lacking

Lekin tum naye saal me jab waight loss start karo to sabse pehle chatar patar khana band kar dena fer tumhe ache results mil jayengy
Maine bhi khuch sikha , jis cheez ke piche jaada bhago wo aap se or dur chali jati , so concerning on weight loss , my focus is on developing good habits in me .
Aapne sach bola lekin bolne ka way acha nahi laga.. lekin Yes consistency is the key to weightloss.. plus bina walk ya home workouts ke weight loss nahi ho skta she should understand!
