I live in Italy, if you are going to mainland Europe, you only need one adapter for dual voltage (110/220) electronic device chargers. They are very cheap and available at all Walgreens stores
The Adapter you show is NOT for Italy, but it may work as most hotels have universal plugs. EU plug means Germany, Austria, Greece... BUT Italy, Danish, French, British, Swiss have each different ones! The outlets in europe are different - thats an understatement, there are 6 different power outlet types - including uk. Italy, Danish, French, British, Swiss each country use individual plugs. The rest uses 'EU plug', the same plug like in Germany, Austria,Greece... Tip: in Italy they use mostly universal power outlets so you can go also by a 'Schuko socket' - also called 'Eu plug' one which is the most common on anyway used in Germany,...
It uses Europlug so it works also in Italy and Switzerland that have narrower 4 mm prongs. Others have 4.8 mm. The Europlug is specifically designed for both thogh I did not see if the prongs were properly bent. They cannot be straight. The way they collapse implies they are straight. Avoid this product. It is not up to the standards.

Will this work in Thailand?
Say, I bought AV receiver that is rated 120v from Amazon US to the UK, I can use this adapter to adapt the plug and also the input voltage?
