No need for paint on plastic parts: Use SEM Landau Black flexible spray dye. It makes plastic parts look like new again, but also works on upholstery, vinyl, dashboards, arm rests etc. It doesn't thicken like paint - it keeps the original texture of the surface, but allows a flexible color change. At automotive paint stores.
Were you able to determine the purpose of the tabs towards the rear of the carpet for the rocker/sill area? Also bought from International Auto & have those tabs, Carpet is the same length as the old carpet which didn't have the tabs , old carpet butted up against the interior quarter panel & there doesn't seem to be any place for the tabs.
These wheels where actually kinda common for the era, but the era is over. I like them too, so mine are not for sale.... lol They were dealer original to the car, but not factory original. :)

I am really glad that some americans love fiat. Becos we get alot of dirt trown at fiat these days from america without any reason
