To get this feature you have to email HTC and buy it for each headset. I emailed them 3 weeks ago and no response. And when you talk to their CHAT SUPPORT people they have no idea what the LBE feature is or how to get it. They keep telling me I need to buy a warranty - which I have! Great features but the WORST customer support I have ever experienced. Its worthless if you can't even get someone to tell you how to buy it to unlock this feature.
But there is no video passthrough mode. So i cant just switch over without taking off the helmet and having to reposition it. The Vive Focus 3 really calls for an upgrade to the 4th gen.

Please improve the lenes and allow full native resolution wireless pcvr streaming. I want this headset to upgrade from my quest 2. But every review says the lens are bad.

As an LBE dev these are all terrific new features that hit all of our worst pain points. Great work!

Man really on the fence but that 1300 dollars is a really hard pill to swallow.
