Stream sniping has been a big problem in Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris as, especially with the Flawless Pool active, the playerbase is just so small that it makes it far too easy. It's certainlty frustrating when people are intentionally matching you with cheesey builds to ruin your card, but it does make it super satisfying when you beat them. Enjoy!

Trials is in a terrible place. Player count constantly dropping causing players to match the same opponents over and over again. Invis hunters running around with Arby or Lorentz for the easy win.
