- In this video I share some tips and tricks for getting the best controller settings in Sea of Thieves. Just because you're on controller doesn't mean you cant tweak some settings to get the most out of it! This is my first "tips and tricks" video on this channel, I hope I explained everything well, if you have any questions feel free to ask in the comments!

ngl for me its personal preference, but some of these tips are necesities for certain scenarios.

One more tip, you should enable server authoritative hit markers. When this is enabled you get way less hit-reg. This setting is more for pvp players but I still recommend it to everyone
You dont get less hit reg you just know when you got hit regged
Dont be surprised if the next time we play and i dont have anything hot keyed lmaooo

Throughout the video you can see all my settings. Though again this is all personal preference. Im also not the greatest example, Im not a PvP lord winning every battle 😅
I don't bother hotkeying something from the first page of the radial. Except for food. If you don't have the half a second it takes to radial a bucket or a plank, you've already lost. But given the pace of combat, food is essential.
Thats valid. I still like having bucket because sometimes if im trying to do it quickly ill grab the wrong thing out of the menu, or an imput wont go through or something.

if I keybind something to D pad left or right, how do I turn the quest book pages? I'm new to controller/PS5
That will still work as normal. Same for zooming in on a map by clicking right thumbstick!

Right stick is being used! Zoom on a map.
That only applies when holding a map and is unaffected! You'll still be able to zoom on the map

Aim sensitivity should be on max as it's just ADS, and look sensitivity is where you wanna tweak
"Its just ADS" homie thats when sensitivity matters most lol. Most people probably cant hit their shots at max sensitivity.
@@EpicDawnn that's not correct. The slow down at max is still enough to compensate for high sensitivity. Anything lower than that makes you as slow as a sloth. Try it for yourself. You cannot quickscope with the EOR if your aim sens is anything other than 10. Blunderbuss is the most important to keep on 10.

@@EpicDawnn no, general sensitivity should be lower. But when you aim down sights even at max aim sensitivity, it's still slow

Ermmm..! you should just use pc!! pc is better man!! idk why you would ever use a controller for a PC game like this!! this is outrageous man!! we all know that keyboards are the better thing to use on a game that is on pc, controller will never compare to be as good as a keyboard, keyboards are efficient!!!!!😠😠😠😠😠😠
