What is the call when 1B is occupied with less than two outs, the retired batter runs anyway, and the catcher throws to 1B hitting the retired batter causing a loose live ball which allows the runners to advance?
Good question. I would guess the batter runner would get called for interference and the runner headed to second would be returned to first base but I’m trying to make sense of all this myself.

My man you besides the safe sign, you are also supposed to call out “No Catch”
You dont say anything on a dropped third strike. You give the strike signal and then signal safe. You never say anything.
Please refer to it properly as "uncaught third strike."
