●Ingredient 材料:
Lotus Biscoff Cookies 65g 焦糖饼 65克
Whipping cream 300ml 鲜奶油 300毫升
Biscoff spread 30g 焦糖酱 30克
●Others 其它:
May replace biscoff cookies with other brand of cookies
焦糖饼可以用其它的饼干代替
If you like sweet taste , may add some sugar into whipping cream before whisk.
如果喜欢较甜可以在鲜奶油中加入细砂糖（搅拌前）
