The Untamed is the End of Dragons Elite Specialization for the Ranger. The Untamed gets access to the Unleash ability. The Unleash ability let's the ranger Unleash their pet or themselves. This gives the Untamed a number of new weapon and pet skills!

I cant believe they did this. Its a true homage to the fan base. For those of you who dont know, guild wars 1 was a super pvp focused game. The warrior dominated for a long time. Then one day someone got the brilliant idea of giving a ranger a hammer, and it was besting the warriors like crazy. The community called the build 'bunny thumpers' because the ranger's walk animation was hoppy, and of course the hammer thumps.

Hahaha, have you played PvP back in the day? The Bunny/RaO (Rampage as One) thumper was one of the first builds that I've learned PvP with hehe

I really love this series mate, but this one seemed a little too fast for me and I had to replay a lot of parts to understand it, as if I'd played it on 1.2 speed. You can just slow it down a little and it would be perfect :)

Unplayable class in pvp. Most unbalanced spec in the game. Access to stealth like a thief with super speed to disengage. Both pets hit like a truck and the untamed is a deadeye at range. Basicallly means you are fighting a core warrior and a deadeye at the same time. Access to weakness application to top that off along with free stability, teleports and on demand blocks with greatsword with instant 15-20k bursts from melee or ranged. Did I mention it has quickness as well? Yeah anyway seems totally fair. Can’t beat it at melee, can’t beat it at ranged, can’t stick to the target because they just flee with stealth and super speed while the pet attacks you… Uncounterable.

The one major flaw this game has is what they have done to ranged and magic classes with elite skills. Every single ranged class was given melee elite classes along with a weak ranged option. Ranger, was given only a ranged heal other class and then 2 melee elite skill lines. Elementalist, the bastard red headed step-child class of the game that has been the weakest class since the great crybaby fest of year one received the same all while not getting an armor boost...while Necro did receive a decent ranged elite, it crushed the magic feel of the class because its a GUN.
And for some reason, melee classes have gotten ranged options. What the fuck kind of drugs are these developers on? People create classes because of their play style and they upended it all with these elites...the best ranged class in the game right now is a MELEE class, the Renegade. They can out DPS most ranged classes just using their base attack.

@@Kyosika Reddit is a cesspit lol. You dont ask current players what they think...you ask those that quit. The former members of the community.
The thing most MMO makers never do which is why they continually lose players with few exceptions like FFXIV. Who also does not make fundamental changes to their core game and actively work to build a player investment in their characters.
