Modern House | The Sims 1 Speed Build 5 | With CC

- Lately, I've been inspired to build modern houses, so here's another one. Also, I discovered a few more Sims 1 custom content sites, and as usual, I was tempted and downloaded a bunch of new CC and incorporated most of them in this build.
This house is not available for download yet. Sorry about that. It has a lot of CCs, so it may take me a while to compile them. But I will eventually put it up for download.

God sims 1 music is just out of this world, it makes a relaxing content even more relaixng!

This looks really great! I wish there was a way to share save files for Sims 1. I’d love to get one with a beautiful map and impressive builds since I’m terrible at building myself, haha.

This makes me wish Sims 1 had a gallery
picking up desired stuff such as decoration and wallpapers things are extremely miserable and really painful in TS1
@ lol this is why I’ve stopped building and just play with the ready made houses now, even in Sims 4, I’ll just use houses from the gallery once my Sims can afford it

Absolutely gorgeous build~ But I was a tad bit puzzled that the only bathroom in the house is downstairs and all the way past the living room
Ah, yes, the bathroom. I didn't really plan the interior before building the house; as a result, my sims have to suffer whenever they badly need to go to the bathroom at night. 🤣

Sims 1 cc aren't that big. I think your pc will be able to handle them :)
