Only Maruti owner has so much to say about their car experience.
I am Baleno 2018 Alpha petrol owner, 40k driven. No issues faced related to build quality or engine etc. Never paid more than 6k for service till now. Yes, its body feels light weight and doesn't give you that confidence, but you will be fine if you drive wisely.
I stayed in Europe and what I discovered was that the most popular cars from Suzuki over there are Swift and Jimny..The Swift sold over there are made in Hungary with much better built quality and come with a CVT gear box and all safety features

Thanks Rohit and Ravi bhai. Aapke suggestion se freestyle li thi last year. Lock down k wajah se gaadi zyaada nikal nahi paaye 1 year mein bas 4000 km chali. Kal 1 year waali service pe le gya. Bahut positive experience.
Service advisor ne khud kaha ki sir aapki gaadi zyaada run nahi hui hai. Ac filter change ki zaroorat nahi just general service and oil change kiya gya. Sirf 1200 rs laga. I am pleasantly surprised

Meri Petrol baleno ki 4th service ka estimate 6500 ka bna diya tha SK maruti Noida ne, but manual k hisaab se unwanted charges hatwa diye and finally paid 3500 for paid 4th service.
Service centre hamesha bill ko Lamba kheechege but aapko pta hona chahiye , kya kya kaam hona hai gaadi me.
What did you removed from the bill?
@@nishantdel17 cannot remember exactly, but they had counted 2 anti rust coatings, and some caliper like thing, but I requested to go with manual. So Oil filter , brake oil, coolant, engine oil and few smaller stuff were applied. Also they gave few discount on their labour charges.

Same thing happened with me. Went for service of my Swift and the guys at service center had parked Baleno behind my car while I was reversing and I broke the front bumper from right side, right fendor and bonet as well of Baleno while my Swift had rear bumper scratched. The service center guys started arguing and asked for 15000 then after negotiations they said 7500 and finally I left without paying a Penny as it was clear in CCTV that it wasn't my fault but yes if I wouldn't had spoken I would have to pay

My baleno alpha petrol experience after 55k km driven n almost 5 years till now :
Cons: 1. Ofcourse build quality, it’s body is very weak and easily get dented.
2. Service charges overpricing, service center ppl always charge extra that too in labour, 40-50% of the bill is labour cost always and when you question then they give u discount n reduce labour cost 10-20%. This is pure nonsense.
3. Steering column issue, there is a steering column issue in baleno n this issue is so minor that many won’t even realise it. I got my steering column changed twice n now hope this will work fine.
Pros: 1 engine no doubt is super efficient, smooth and very quiet.
2. It’s very economical, running cost wise and service cost also if you are aware it’s not much.
3. Customer Satisfaction is there in Maruti. You have an issue they try their best to address.
Pls tell me, Road side garage me service karne pe warranty pe kuchh effect hota hai kya?

mere pas bhi baleno zeta diesel hai. 5 years se jyada ho gaya 6 saal ho jayegi 4 mahine me. itni dikkat mujhe nahi diya. service bhi 5 se 10 hazar. jab break pads change honge to paise to zada lenge hi. baki labour ka cost to itna nahi jaata yaar. experience mera theek hai. baki build to sabko malum hai. driver kaise chalata hai uspe be depend karta hai.
No it's good dear m runing diesel model service from mkt m very much happy. Build wasn't strong as you maruti but mechanically it's perfect n smoothness n space is good n baleno
Bhai maine phli baar apni WagonR (2018) ki paid service krayi h. Uska charge muje 1400 k parts aur 1400 ki service charge lagaya h. Kya ye normal h ya jaada h. Kyuki service centre bhot poor tha. Baithne ki sahi s jagah bhi nhi thi.

There are multiple service centres in one city. A few are mischievous and a few are really great. I change the service centre if I am not satisfied. We have 4 in Kanpur owned by different organisations. Also they always provide me with an estimate before they start working on my car.

To unhone kaha ki ye in batch ke baleno ke steering ka normal behavior he..repair nhi ho sakta..aur gadi ko 5 Sal se upar ho gaye to warranty khatm ho gayi isliye hum steering column replace bhi nahi kar sakte..Maine Bahar ke garage se pucha to unhone 40000 se 50000 kharcha bataya. Kya ye thik ho sakta he?

I have baleno Delta petrol november 2017 , 24000 km running, 4th servicing has to go, they told 7000 charges, 2000 servicing charge, oil 1400, overall service 7000, i think it's high. I have warranty of 4 yrs. Is 7k charge ok ?

i have own 2 MS cars ... swift & ertiga ... maintaining MS is cheap but Service Centre People are DACOITS (LOOTERE) ... after free servicing better to service and repairs from local garage .... Hope Suzuki is listening.

I hv Maruti Wagon R , frm company Appolo tyres where provided it brust on 13500km running, after complaining they din't change & all 4 tyres got brust on only 26k km running. I hv to change all 5 tyres. Maruti should look in this matter, they should provide better quality tyres, it's matter of safety.

17k km in 3 years doesn't justify a diesel car. I am a Baleno owner and it feels pretty good for Indian road conditions.
