@@desireerucker3840 it’s called balloons inside the canister there’s nitrous oxide and it’s cold af and when you take a puff it gets you high for about 2minutes and then you got to take another puff but normally here in France(and in the world) people put the air in the balloon and then they inhale it because if you do it like him you could burn your whole mouth even brain so it seems that he is deep into it and if you do it for 2-4 years weekly it gets dangerous and you get paralyzed in certain body parts because your brain gets damaged from the freezing and also it’s legal so if police see him take a puff they’ll just take it from him and he gets nothing here in France even 14yr olds do it
