I just did a test drive today after test driving a 330i 2020.. in Maryland I must say it handles well and the changes in gears is great.. It just doesn't grip on the ground as well as the BMW.. also not as fast (had turned both into sports mode once on highway). What sold me is that interior for sure..that screen and ambient lights 🥰backseat, not most comfortable for tall ppl. Thanks for the review
I traded my C300 for this. Cost more with AMG trim than the same AMG C300, due to the volume of C300 sales. The A220 is a blast to drive and 95% of the highway comfort of a C300. It hugs the curves better, faster acceleration.
How good or reliable is the 2020 model.? I'm a mercedes lover since little kid and want to have my first mercedes without spending that much money at first. Is it good? Expensive repairs? A lot of repairs? Breaks problems or expensive changes? That kind of details would help me. I already got one in eye for $21k and only 43k miles. Should i?
@@carstenhansen5757 Mercedes comes with the best engines that’s why it’s more expensive idk why people ask these questions the oil change last a whole 12 months & brake fluid last every 2 years etc it’s not cheaply built
Checked this out at my local dealership and was blown away. It really is VERY quick but unfortunately just a tad too small inside for me. I'm 6'3" and it was just too tight inside. Fantastic car with tons of the coolest tech but I'm going to get the 2021 Accord Touring. Great vid brother!
Good review . It’s is nice sedan for a Mercedes-Benz not sure if I want to go from suv to sedan , I need to upgrade my 21 year old suv . Love suv not loving huge price tag on them American or German . I think I will be leasing either sedan or suv . Thanks for the review .

You can get a Forte GT for like 10K less and still you get more car for your money. So basically getting this car is pretty much useless, unless you are a badge snob...
I am alittle confused why anyone would buy the A220, rather than get the actual AMG A35 or save a buttload and just get a normal A class? The engine is still tame, it has none of the AMG features so why spend the money? Everyone can also see its not an AMG. Honestly confused why people buy AMG line cars rather than normal or actual AMGs? IMO seems like a half ass so dont do it at all kind of deal.

Ann Lapadula.. yes I still love this car. The 188 hp is plenty sufficient, and fun to drive. Has a lot of pep. Especially for regular driving

@@ghostyt2603 - If you buy it only for the engine, you might as well buy a renault. In a lot of their models, they share the same engine.

When it comes to grip for acceleration & driving in bad weather yes... otherwise no 👍
First time i had LED ambient lights (white) was in my 2004 A8L as well as illuminated air vents (red)

There are a LOT of cheap plastics in that interior, appropriate for an entry level car. I just wish it was a little more inexpensive.

I just purchased mine and it does come with blind spot detection. I don’t believe it comes with the forward collision warning though
