Hi guys!! There were a lot of positive feedback the last time I made a video of me opening my penpals’ letters which is why I decided to film myself opening them again!
I’m very very very thankful with everything my penpals have sent me and I will always be grateful with what I receive. I will do my best to spoil them as much as possible as well because they all deserve being showered with extras! But please do not think that it is necessary to give extras, for anyone who is starting out with sending letters, please don’t be intimidated with the amount of stationery you have but focus on writing your letters and getting to know your penpals instead!

what is a penpal? if I get a penpal do I have to include a lot of extras?
- penpal is where two individuals get to know each other through sending letters/mails. The most important thing is the letter itself, the extras are just a few things you think your penpal might like but it is not required
are you accepting new penpals?
- I am currently NOT accepting penpals
are you from the philippines? where do you send the letters to? how much does it cost?
- Yes I am and I send them through the post office nearby, please take note that the price depends on how heavy your letter is and where you’re gonna send it
where did you find your penpals?
- I found them on instagram as well as on the kpop penpals amino

ah yes and also for me it just depends on what we have going on: my penpal might have exams and not reply for a month, or be on holiday, but then I might reply the next day: it doesn’t have to be a set time, it’s just when you feel like answering and when you have the time!

I think personally and most would agree that penpalling is not about how much extras we give or recieve but rather, the letters we give out or in other's cases, the letters they give out. I personally don't care about the extras but it is always great to recieve extras. Because the real meaning of pen pals or penpalling is to give out letters to learn more about other likes, dislikes, culture and more. So i hope if you're penpalling/considering to penpal, I hope you do it to get to know the person you're penpalling with rather than using them for extras.

there are a bunch of websites, as well at Instagram pages and aminos. im currently using the website Global Penfriends to find one :))

i actually wanna do penpaling (tbh i dont think this is a word lol), but i gotta wait til my card gets appealed from aliexpress so i can buy more stuff, and get more photocards, cause right now, im not even at a beginner level at this point, i barely have anything, like about 10 washi (bland), 2 sticky notes, about 200 photocards, but those r like print outs, and cat stickers ;-; and even if i do penpaling, i know that person is gonna give me more stuff then i will ;-; sad life

When speaking about penpaling most people mean snail mail which is a mail exchange done in form of letters. You can additionally add questions and playlist to the letters but those as well as extras are optional, it's most important to get to know and befriend them. It's not much but I hope I could help 😊

I think it's different. Penpalling means we put more effort in writing, decorating etc so when someone send one to you, you feel so happy.

I would really appreciate if you answered this question ...so where do you find all your pen pal/scrapbooking supplies (stickers /memo...) and do you have any online shop to recommend because in my region we dont have so many options and a very small variety of this type of products...thanks ♥️
if you're looking online, AliExpress is what i like to use, they have fairly cheap supplies, and they have a large selection. i use it for washi tapes, memo-pads, and stickers. Hope this helps !

yes! and more than one if you send international or add too much stuff in it since it's charged based on weight. If there's not enough or any stamps, it will get returned to you
