Fantastic! Error 1300, but I couldn't find any paper that caused the jam. Until I found this great video. For the first time I discovered the possibility to open the printer at the back. With these instructions I found a small piece of paper that had slipped in and now my printer works again. Thanks!!!
Brilliant. I had tried everything and I still could not see any paper jams in the TS7220. I even tried to find instructions for hard resetting the printer, but nothing worked, but this. Thank you.
I wish fixing this problem was this easy. With my Pixma pro 100 it's either "there's no paper in the tray" because the paper doesn't line up with the feeder by just dropping it in. It has to be sat in the roller area. But then it feeds it and detects a jam. The art of printing is hard enough without all of this hassle.
