Out there in the heat slaying dragons. What a great little back yard!!!!
Great video! Especially enjoyed the digging deeper!
The mini lighter 🔥 is a great find.
ENJOYED.
That Dragon is way cool!!
Yep I loved the dragon
I especially like the jar!
Definitely a magical piece of ground nice finds and very different
Awesome job in the dog days of summer, Greg! Digging old glass jars that are complete, is a must!
Such amazing finds. Things were made so ornate back in the early 1900s. Even the keys and plugs were pretty. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome hunt.✌❤
Thanks so much Karen!
That is a great yard. Hope you going to hunt it next week. Take Care.
Alot of very old finds Greg awesome stuff ATB Jim
Can't believe all the items out of this small yard. Many great historical finds. My favorite is the lighter that can't be found often. Interesting ending photo that I enjoy.
Thanks for sharing. I enjoy watching every time, from Ky .
That was another great video Greg thank you for your efforts I do appreciate your videos
A real Bounty of interesting finds ,of everyday life items .
Stay though from the heat ,Greg!

I enjoy all your hunts you really paint a realistic picture of what MD is all about. I also enjoy that it doesn't have to be gold or coins to get you excited.
Yep it's his character and the experience he provides which is always awesome to watch
Thanks so much and it's nice to hear you are enjoying my episodes! So many of my very best finds are not silver or gold and I am always trying to convey that in the videos. Thanks for subbing and watching! Much appreciated. ATB Greg
Such a fun variety of finds. Love the history. Thanks for sharing!!!
It is so good to hear you breathing better. I was worried about you passing out during a video. Nice finds today. Thanks for sharing.
😂
Those "needle threaders" work awesome for threading #12 dry fly hooks. I have a couple in my tackle box.
I believe your dragon mystery find is what they called a "picture button". Really cool.
You'd be correct! I Googled the words 'dragon crown sword button' and this button was the first thing to pop up in the images search.
@@bahldr01 i used the Lens app on my phone. I didn't find the exact one, but several similar.
Yes that is what it is they normally came with enamel on it that filled the lower areas in different colors
That's one of the things i like most about your channel gregg, you find value in the history of things others would label trash, nice oneps.tje shape of the jar is cool
Favorite day of the week. Thursday with Greg and a cup of coffee. Thanks again for sharing the awesome finds. I wouldn't normally say this but I just love that Russwin key you found.
Nice work Greg !!
Awesome finds CONGRATULATIONS 😊
Nicely done great finds, really enjoyed the video. 🇺🇸
Great hunt Greg. Some really cool finds.
I really enjoyed your video, as always, Greg. Thank you for sharing it.
Another great video brother thanks for taking us along with you
I think it is really cool how even the most common items (keys etc) were ornate back around the turn of the century. Most things like that now are very utilitarian and mundane. Great video!
Just wow! What a variety of finds! I just got back to detecting after a knee replacement and this got me enthused.
Oh nice, good luck out there!
I would love to see a video of how you clean your items. They look so good and show a lot of detail after you clean them. Maybe on one of those too hot or too cold days you could show us how you go about cleaning your items.
Hey Greg. Awesome video and I liked all cool relics you found especially the medieval style button.
Been watch your videos for a year and love them all. I started detecting around 1982 and stopped in the mid 90's. Started back up again last year. I was wondering if you've kept all your finds over the years and how do you store them. have you considered doing a video showing your finds over the years?
Hi, I believe what you identified as a hair pin is actually a pendantboutonnière with the ring collapsed.
Great hunt!
Very cool hunt Greg. I am surprised no silver popped out of the ground.
Once again, weird stuff showing up in weird locations!---More fantastic photos this week, but the money shot for me was the first one, in the train station!
I believe that piece you found with the cap was a top of a flask
Could the piece made with circles be a chatelaine to hold a tiny pair of scissors or tool for sewing or knitting
I have an old compact that was my grandma’s and the chain, 5”, is hooked to a small lipstick.
Well, I don't know if you were aware, but the little girl on the Benzedrine video you showed us was the actress, Shirley Temple.
The dragon piece looks very close to a Griffin. The back looks like iron staining on a copper patina or vice versa which hints at a two piece button or it capped something that used to fasten to something. If its not a medieval type of button it could he a company logo or trade mark like a dragon or griffin company logo or a seal? I think your jar might be a pickle jar or at least thats what we call them with the large mouths while doing bottle digs but it really couldve have anything in it from pickled tomatoes or peppers to possibly honey. I probably dont have to tell you from the early to mid 1900's just about everything was preserved in glass jars or canned. Chicago was practically the capital of vehetable and condiment jars. I find a ton (way to many) marked with duraglass on the bottom which may have evolved or merged with that company who know I'm by far no jar expert I shoot for the old beer or early soda bottles but usually have to dig through layers of those first depending on the age of the bottle dump. If its a privy theyre gonna be there lol. What gets me is that it seems like people just tossed them everywhere including their back yards???
The mystery find is a vintage dragon button I don't know the year I had a picture one just didn't know how to attach it
Why no clips of Richard Simmons if you're sweatin' to the oldies? lol
I wonder if you saved your mystery finds and then did a live interactive video if it would draw random subs and likes. Just a thought to further promote the channel. Love the token. Ive only seen one other in a consignment shop in Chattanooga 😃
Good thinking
I've got family in Johnson city
When you show those old photos, what gets me is how poeple back then always dressed to the tee. Not like today. 😕
Look,s like a hair barret
Thanks Greg for taking us along with you on your adventures. Funny thing, about a month ago you found a Dale Earnhardt #3 key chain that I have and today you found a little strike lighter. I have one too. That's to cool!
Anywho, I'm starting a UA-cam channel just waiting for ID verification. I have a few episodes all ready to upload. Hopefully one day it'll be almost as successful as your channel 🫡
