I am using a 2014 petrol model and more than satisfied. Breeze to drive in the city, never let's me down whatever the situation, silent and very peppy engine . Most practical car for the city. Excellent paint job, no rust whatsoever.
I feel good thing about Hyundai is their Interiors and Engine refinement. Suspensions are nowhere near Tata and i don't want to talk about Safety
My friend also have Grand i10 nios. I have drived that car in all potholes, breakers and this car performed well. Suspension system is very good. If Tata has good suspension then Hyundai is also not less. Even this car has better suspension than Maruti Suzuki.
This is most value for money car at this price. I bought this last year in september and engine is very smooth and silent. Initial pickup is not punchy but it does the job and fuel efficiency is almost equal to maruti. I had bough nios corporate edition which gets 15 inch tyres . Braking is great. It is very stable even at 120km speed. One issue which new driver will face that bonnet is not visible. Interior looks premium .

After BSVI phase 2 update this is not at all value for money

i10 Nios 2023 : ESP, ESC, VSM, HHA, 4 airbags as standard, highly refined 4 cylinder engine. Crash test rating is just a part of overall safety. Having Safety features avoids accidents from happening at the first place! Clearly, i10 is a segment above Tiago.
exactlly.. a 3 cylinder engine is just suitable for cars like 800 and alto k10. nothing matches the refinment , peppyness, smoothness of a 4 cylinder engine.. which is low on maintenance and high on reliability.
especially this 1.2 kappa engine which is a tried and tested product of hyundai for more then 2 decades.
@@mundeyte i have an i 20 elite with same engine and i would say that the engine is hard to pull in mountain and hilly areas since it lacks that power and pull while tiagos engine seems muvh peppy to me,i have tiago too...both are 2019 variants
@@aryanchabra5697 i agree this engine is not suitable for elite i20 specially the older ones which had a higher curb weight then the present one. but this engile is perfect for nios.. even in santro the 1.2 l engine was awsome.

I have grand i10 nios sports model 21 which I took second hand with only 20000 KM run. Which is in gray colour. But gives me feel like new. breaks are awesome. The confirt 10/10 suspension is great. The cosmetic features are just right. Nios is a great car. I did not find any issue in handling. But in terms of fuel consumption, power and torque, I miss my Swift Dzire VDI a lot. Whose initial pickup was tremendous.

Agar unko koi issue Nehi tha, to unhone gari letehi (5:08) soft compound tire kyun lagaya breaking aur handling ko enhance karne ke liye? Aur (8:42) khud safe chalaunga 2 star compensate karunga, yeh sochna hi bohut hi bekar hai. Yeh bhai shaab deal k chakkar main hi gari utha laye hain, mujhe Jo lagta hain.

Client tried to justify his choice over Tiago but safety can't be ignored on Indian roads over any other feature or price difference. Overall package vise TIAGO is the best choice under 8 lakh price bracket.
I have too booked an i10 Nios mainly to use it as my secondary vehicle.
It's far better than Tiago in almost every major aspect except safety. It offers a far better 4 cylinder engine, which is alot more refined than that crap 3 cylinder one in Tiago.

Now days on UA-cam only Tata cars are mainly promoted in form of review.. but if you compare services, engine noise, suspension breakdown and electrical parts of Tata motors worst. Maruti and Hyundai even KIA gives piece of mind. By influence of UA-cam i have bought Tata Nexon it's headache to drive in daily traffic

Give Honda City a try you may like it, just sold my 2017 City for a Carens. Steering and suspension of the 4th Gen City is unmatched, though, NVH and engine noise may be a little over the top on highway runs.

Am personally using Nios from past 2 years. No road or engine noise. Premium Interior and capable car. As said in review the car feels laggy if there are 5 ppl sitting in the car however have drove on 147 km/hr and the car felt great. Handling could have been better along with the headlight throw. Overall a value for money to buy in comparison to Ignis or Tiago. Had checked both before purchasing Nios. Have a Altroz in family as well but I prefer Nios anytime over Altroz. I agree Altroz is safer than Nios but apart from that Nios is much better. Comparing 2021 models of all !!

Post accidental crash test is good with Tata but about what features like VSM, ESP, ESC, HHA that prevent accidents from happening? Tata doesn't offer any of them on Tiago whereas Nios gets all of them.

Manta hu k Tata ki cars me build Quality hai but jo Vibration and Noise hai vo itna irritate krti hai k Car Chlaane ka dil he ni krta. I m using Tata 2022. Tyre change kiye alloy dalvaye to Gaadi Fender se Touch hoti hai.

I have both Tigor and NIOS. Except engine smoothness every thing is better than Nios. Overall Tigor and tiago has a edge over nios.

We've a 2015 Grand i10 automatic torque converter, it's fun to drive and it's my son's, especially after driving my Carens you can drive the Grand i10 like a toy. It's a no nonsense car will serve it's owners well if properly serviced at regular intervals. Dynamics, fun to drive and fuel efficiency may not be up to the Swift. Our car is almost 9 years old and drives well we take it on highway's too.
We were travelling to Goa from Pune.
On Pune Satara highway we saw over 4 to 5 accidents of Hyundai i10 .
that's very rare & sad 🙏
Which means so many units of Hyundai are still selling despite safety concerns.

I bought Grand i10 NIOS 2024 ERA model (Base Model) on September 9th, 2024 within 6 Lakhs on road price including aftermarket Touchscreen and Speakers. Base model offers 1.2 Ltr. 4 Cylinder Engine, Front Power Windows, Seat Height adjustment, 6 Air Bags, Center Locking, Adjustable Rear Seat Head rest. I think I chose the best option amung Alto K10 Vxi, Celerio Vxi and Swift Lxi and Tata Punch. Ravi Bhai kya theek decision liya mane? Please reply 🙏

Bhai, I wont agree you said it might not be stable at speeds above 90. Because we have Nios Turbo, I have taken it to 180 and it feels planted to the road with stock tyres (175/60 R15) and Braking is also really good.
