    Good morning/good evening Tim. I'm sure you're glad to be home and sleeping on your own bed. There's nothing like home even though traveling sometimes is nice. You get to relax and have fun without any home chores. Thank you for sharing your journeys. Okura looks amazing. Japanese Food is my second favorite food. I love sushi, sashimi and tempura. Everything looks good😋I can't wait to try that place one of this days. Soft shell crab is one of my favorite seafood. Used to buy them all the time when they are in season and cook them myself. Just cleaned them and drenched them lightly with tempura flour and fry them with butter, garlic and parsley till a little bit crispy. Eat them with a squeeze of lemon. Hamachi kama or collar is great. It's also one of my favorite with ponzu sauce and Japanese rice😋so good and yummy. Just thinking of all that great food is making me hungry. I love Chilean sea bass, not all sea bass have that great taste of Chilean sea bass. Chilean sea bass have that marbling of fat that makes it a little bit fatty but very tasty. I envy you because you are able to experience to eat all these great food. GONG XI FA CAI 🎉🎉🎉 Bon appetit 😋😋😋

      @TimLeeLetsGo I love French food. I love all that butter and cream. French food is very rich and their presentation is always great. When I was in France I fell in love with foie gras, escargot and sweet bread. I loved the French cuisine a lot and their pastries are out of this world. Even though their food is very rich, you don't see that many fat French people around.

    According to etiquette, "cheers" is typically only said when raising a glass for a toast, meaning it's not considered appropriate to say "cheers" while eating food, as the phrase is primarily associated with drinking alcohol; if you want to express appreciation for the food, simply compliment the dish or the host instead.
    To "cheers" with food is super cringe ... Just say "enjoy" or "bon apetit" or anything and start eating. The term cheers is for beverages only and only ONCE!!

    Hello Mr Tim Lee.
    I know it's a bit late but HAPPY NEW YEAR 2025. Also Happy Luna New Year..
    You are very polite and curious to the buffet staff..
    I love watching your videos. Only now upward and onwood. I can't wait to see your 2025 videos. How do you get to all these buffets. I watch the video of the lobster wrapped in pig skin. I love the pig skin. We use to get a big bag of pork rinds but the government stopped butchers from selling this. They also stopped pork skin on bacon, and the worse you can not have jfull sugar orange juice which you .diluted juice but they stopped company from making them. I think they should stop meddling with products. Like chocolate now smaller bars to stop obesity and sell it at the bigger bar price? Or more? but the ones who love chocolate just buy two bars.
    P.S what's your Luna sign? Mine is the Rat.
    Stay happy, healthy and safe. 🎉❤

    You don't have to worry about carbs at a buffet if you eat only meat with all the goodness of fat and or seafood or both.

    Why do they chill their red wines???

    • @m8tyone
      @m8tyone 12 годин тому

      It is hot in the Philippines and if you serve red wine room temperature they will taste like vinegar.

      @m8tyone i could understand if its served outside...but in a fancy buffet??? and wine only taste like vinegar if its stored improperly..

      It was just slightly chilled... The places even with air conditioning in the Philippines are a bit humid so hence there's a bit of sweat on the glass

      @TimLeeLetsGo oh..ok...because red wine chilled tastes like garbage... room temp around 75°F is perfect.

      Yeah, it's not the largest Buffet but definitely the one with the highest quality. The fish and seafood in the sashimi station and the seafood station were impeccably fresh. I suspect it's quality over quantity for this buffet.
