Wonderful ideas but the glue isn't going to last especially on the poppers/Velcro. . . . Maybe you could teach people the same/similar but sewing them instead?
Super glue will stay or hot glue whatever it's called, I did it with shirt fabric and its less than jeans or wtv 2 years back and its still holding strong to this day.... literally, tried taking it off and won't budge.
