      Denaturation involve many factor like ph temperature ionic strength
      If the factor is Temprature then the double helix is said to have melted

    I have following you all your videos Sir. One thing you need to improve is how you swallow saliva. It seems to be a very petty issue but very serious. Just reduce the swallowing regularly. Otherwise, you're among my best tutors. good lucky
