Brilliant work but Shri Nilesh ji missed some points. 1- Ved isn't written in laukik Sanskrit it is in Vaidic Sanskrit, so we can't directly translate it, otherwise it would be like calling while not knowing chemisitry and think "Extraction of Metal" means Extra Action of Metal. 2- Shri Nilesh ji has to do more research on Vedas because he is looking at Vedas as it was presented by Sayanacharya, Madhavacharya and western scolars like Maxmuller and Griffin, those who misinterpret/mistranslated Vedas. Vedas don't have history it is user manual for human provided by Ishwar, i.e. Apauresheya, and even some people don't agree with it, I'll politely suggest them to read Rigvedadi Bhashya Bhumika by Swami Dayanand Saraswati, who showed there that Vedas don't have historical incidents and have 3 types of knowledge in every single verse(those are- Adhyatmik, Adhibhautik and Adhidaivik) And based on that, in Vedas, Like if we look at Rigved Nasadiya Sukta where Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati word is mentioned, Ganga(Root word 'Gam') means Gati, Yamuna(Root word 'Yam') means Yaman(Sanyam) and Saraswati(Root word 'Saras') means yathawat Jnan. I have been thinking about this ever since I was a teenager when my mother read me a Mahabharata in vernacular and I started reading Bhagwat Gita in Sanskrit where I came across rhymes depicting how long day, night and life of Brahma is calculated with reference to day and night on earth. So my question to speaker is that what does that refer to: life of Galaxy (Mickey way) or Universe? It is also said that Lord Rama lived at the end of Dwaper Yuga and Begining of Treta Yuga, while Lord Krishna at then end os Treta Yuga and begining of KaliYuga. Now, four Yuga make a day or night of Brahma, that makes a difference of millions of year. Now, with reference to astronomy, it becomes more interesting, because Arundhati must go ahead of Vashishth once in each Yuga or at least once in cycle of four Yuga, assuming these cycles being identical (like day and night of our home planet Earth. This became more obvious and interesting when I watched a famous TV series “Cosmos” narrated by legendary NASA scientist Carl Sagan. Mr. Speaker does your research is inclusive these evidence? Your proposed time line could also be affected by the fact that Earth do pass through 13th constellation in cycle of several thousand years (last event of that nature happened just few years ago. श्रीनिवास सर आपल्या प्रतिक्रिये बद्दल धन्यवाद माझे पुरातत्त्व विषया बद्दल चे ज्ञान खूप कमी आहे केवळ संदर्भ समजण्यासाठी मी त्या संबधी माहिती घेतली आपला संवाद हा एका वेगळ्या कारणास्तव होत आहे ते कारण म्हणजे खगोल शास्त्र या विषयी आपल्या पूर्वजांचे किती ज्ञान होते व त्या अनुषंगाने रामायण किंवा महाभारत ही काव्य आहेत की इतिहास महाभारताची सुरवात हा जय नावाचा इतिहास आहे अशी होते आपल्या पूर्वजांना काव्य व इतिहास यातील फरक माहीत होता तो इतिहास आहे म्हणूनच त्यात त्यांनी खगोलशास्त्रीय नोंदींना स्थान दिले आहे आधुनिक शास्त्रानुसार त्या पडताळून पाहता त्यातील सत्यता पटते मी केवळ खगोलशास्त्र या एकाच विषयावर बोलतो आहे इतर अनेक विषय आहेत पण त्यात जाण्याचा मोह मी टाळतो आहे असो मी जेव्हा माझ्या पूर्वजांच्या ज्ञानचा अभिमान बाळगतो तेव्हा त्याचा कुठेही असा अर्थ होत नाही की मी पाश्च्यांत देशातील वैज्ञानिक प्रगतीचे श्रेय घेण्याचा प्रयत्न करतो आहे कोणतेही साधन नसताना केवळ निरीक्षणातून व गणितीय ज्ञानातून पृथ्वीचा व्यास व ग्रहातील अंतरे काढणे ही सामान्य बाब नाही आपल्याला हे शक्य झाले कारण आपली गणितीय प्रगती विलक्षण होती आज मानवाने केलेल्या वैज्ञानिक प्रगतीचे मूळ हे गणितात आहे व वैदिक गणित हे सर्व गणिताचा पाय आहे नव्हे ते आजच्या संगणकीय युगातही तेवढेच relevant आहे आज आपला देश अनेक समस्यांनी ग्रासला आहे जसे आपण वैभव पाहिले तसे दारिद्र ही पाहिले अज्ञानाचा अंधकार ही पाहिला अजूनपर्यंत अवकाशातून मानव निर्मित एकच निर्मिती दिसत होती ती म्हणजे चीन ची सुप्रसिद्ध भिंत पण आज रामसेतूला त्या बरोबरीने स्थान मिळाले आहे काही संशोधक त्याला enginiring marvel असा त्याचा उल्लेख करतात आजच्या मानवाच्या प्रगतीचे पहिलं पाऊल baby step टाकणारे आपण आहोत हि भावना प्रचंड सुखावणारी आहे या सर्वाचा आपण वृथा नाही पण योग्य अभिमान बाळगला पाहिजे त्यात काही गैर आहे असं मला वाटतं नाही
