Okay, here's my take: This song references "Kagome Kagome" a Japanese children's game accompanied by the Japanese "Warabe Uta" (Similar to Nursery Songs) and is known for it's cryptic lyrics. The game starts with players choosing who the "Oni" (Demon/Ogre) is, then the "Oni" sits blindfolded in a center formed by the playmates holding their hands together. Then they proceed to walk around in circles wile chanting the song for the game. When the song stops, the Oni must guess the name of the person standing directly behind him/her. (Edit: I've finally found someone to translate the lyrics, my guess was wrong. This is may be about Kune-Kune, I think someone commented about this somewhere here.)
After reading your opinion, it reminds me of a game played by the children at my country. Almost the same, with a person standing in the middle while others holding hand, circling around while chanting a song but the song is about an old lady searching for grandchildren. ・きらさぎ駅→死者(になりかけてる人)が辿り着く駅の事。(生と死の折り返し地点みたいなところです)そこの改札口でおじいさんと出会った人は無事生還出来るが、出会わなければそのまま行方知らずになる。
・猿夢→猿がアナウンスをしている電車。電車の中には2人の死人のような顔をしている人が自分の他に乗っており、突然アナウンスで、「次は活けづくり〜活けづくりです。」という内容が流れます。そしたら乗客の内の一人が刃物で体を裂かれ、魚の活けづくりのような状態にさせられます。
そして次に「次はえぐり出し〜えぐり出しです。」というアナウンスが流れ、また乗客の一人がスプーンの様なもので眼球をえぐり出されます。そして次は自分の番。アナウンスで、「次は挽肉〜挽肉です。」という内容が流れます。自分は夢から覚めることを何回も念じて、ミンチにするであろう機械の風を感じたギリギリで目覚める。という内容です。そしてこの夢は3回見ると本当にミンチにされてしまうという噂です。
・NNN臨時放送→昔、日本で実際に1回だけ流れたと言われている深夜のテレビです。内容は、ゴミ捨て場の様なガラクタだらけの背景に、人の名前と年齢をエンドロールのように流し、感情のないような無機質な声で男性がその名前を読み上げるという内容です。そして読み終わった後、「明日の犠牲者は以上です。おやすみなさい」というメッセージと共に画面が砂嵐へと戻ります。これで読み上げられた人は、次の日に命を落とすと言われています。
・赤い部屋→これは昔日本で流行ったフラッシュです。ざっくり内容を言うと、そのサイトを見たら死ぬ。というものです。サイト巡りをしている主人公の目の前に突如として、「あなたは好きですか？」という文字と共に真っ赤な背景の小さな広告が表示され、それを削除しようとバツ印を押すと、「あなたは」と「好きですか？」の間から段々と「赤い部屋は」という文字が出てきます。そして文が「あなたは赤い部屋は好きですか？」という文になった時、赤い背景に人の名前がずらっと載った謎のサイトへと飛ばされ、そのサイトを見てしまったら後ろから誰かに殺されるという内容です。そして殺されたら、そのサイトに自分の名前が載ってしまいます。
・くねくね→これは簡単に言うとお化けのようなものです。ある田舎に現れ、人間の動きと思えない程にくねくねと踊る事からくねくねと言われています。主に田んぼ等に現れ、その正体をハッキリと見てしまえば、段々と精神が崩壊していき、その人では無くなってしまう(くねくねになってしまう？)という内容です。くねくねが見えてしまう人は、過度のストレス等が原因出そうです。

Okay, here's my take:
This song references "Kagome Kagome" a Japanese children's game accompanied by the Japanese "Warabe Uta" (Similar to Nursery Songs) and is known for it's cryptic lyrics.
The game starts with players choosing who the "Oni" (Demon/Ogre) is, then the "Oni" sits blindfolded in a center formed by the playmates holding their hands together. Then they proceed to walk around in circles wile chanting the song for the game.
When the song stops, the Oni must guess the name of the person standing directly behind him/her.
(Edit: I've finally found someone to translate the lyrics, my guess was wrong. This is may be about Kune-Kune, I think someone commented about this somewhere here.)
