One word.......FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! Bravo!!!!!
This is the best duo I have ever heard!!!!!!
I won’t be surprised if Jonathan will arrange a piano concerto NO. 1 in B flat minor from Tchaykovsky for piano and organ.
BTW... The best concert
Yes, please! ❤
The Gluck was sublime. THANK YOU!
Made my day! From a theatre organ enthusiast of 55 years duration.
I wish I could give multiple thumbs ups! I have never been so starved for beauty and rewarded so beautifully. it hurts so good :'l
Absolutely fantastic music
the Borodin is fantastically devilish.. !
Truly blessed! Parents must be so proud.
This has blown me away. Amazing and as for Scott's Timepiece followed by Borodin it took my breath away. What musical genuis, both of them. Wonderful.
how lovely to hear the pipe organ!!!!
Just what I needed today, my husband been told he has bowel cancer and on top of everything else, I really needed this to keep me calm. God brought me to 2 special brothers. Thank you.
You are so, so good, Scott brothers.
Even your good taste and sobriety for diressing is impecable!
Thanks so much for your on line presence.
Amazing concert! It's difficult to choose which would be the most beautiful piece among all those presented! Thank you both for everything!
My late father would truly be crying with happiness listening to you Tom and Jonathan, thank you.
Spectacular!
What must their mother and father thought when they first starting playing duets. Amazing and so talented.
Gives a whole new meaning to Mum saying, "Now you two play nicely together", doesn't it?.
@@christopherarmstrong-steve1122 Mum, precisely, what do you mean "nicely?" They are wonderfully talented men. Whatever their Mum's response to that question was has left us with a legacy.
@@brianhealey5286: I was referring to their growing up together as children, which is why I used the term "gives a whole new meaning, etc" I know that my Mum would often tell my older brother and me to "play nicely" and she was not referring to piano duets! I agree with you that the Scott brothers are highly trained and talented duo and individual performers. No intended slights on their performances on my part.
@@christopherarmstrong-steve1122 Hello Christopher-whoops on my part for I meant to portray a typical interaction between mother and child. My Mum also would tell my younger brother to "play nicely" then bind up our wounds from fighting. BTW-my Mum played for Paul Whiteman as one of his classical pianists. Loved growing up lying under her big Grand Steinway as she practiced. Cheers.
Your playing and selection of pieces was spectacular on all fronts.. I love BRILLIANCE.. THANK YOU BOTH and your crew..
These guys have been blessed by God. What a concert!!!! Bravo!!!
Their incredible skills are down to sheer hard work and practice. To hold a supernatural being as being in any way responsible for their amazing talent is nothing short of highly insulting.
Wonderful! I found you by accident and WHAT A FIND!
Wonderful, great playing and great music. Soli Deo Gloria!
Thank you guys for sharing your amazing talent with us. I felt just like I was there with you both. God bless you both!
There playing is very good for the nerves very relaxing yes yes God has blessed the both of them just excellent
Timepiece was superb!!! Reminiscent of Terry Riley. Sympathetic registration on the organ and wonderful balance between the two instruments. Thanks very much.
Thank you Gentlemen, for such a wonderful performance. Such beautiful music played so sensitively. Just wonderful.
Bravo! Superb! Thank you, gentlemen.
Many thanks! Especially loved the Polovtsian Dances!
Bravo! Beautiful concert as always! Thank you from Wilmington, Delaware USA.
Mesmerizing from start to finish.
Another outstanding concert in a beautiful building with talented Scott brothers playing the piano and the organ.
Beautiful!!!!
I feel exhausted, even by looking at the pedal work of Yon
- Concert Study No.1
Two brilliant concert virtuosos on their respective instruments. Stunning concert organ at the church!
Bravi!! What a tremendous concert. Thank you both.
The "Clair de Lune" was just too beautiful. Thank you!!
The Scott Brothers chose their repertoire with much sensitivity. Certainly, they have reminded humanity that beauty can be experienced by simply submitting oneself to the benevolence of two artists' sense of the sublime and the elegant. I cannot be more grateful for the experience.
Me neither. You have put it so eloquently. Just discovered them. What an absolute stunning find and a thrilling performance.
Two brilliant musicians who give an immense amount of pleasure to so many!A joy to listen to the brothers who come across as lovely people.
A smorgasbord of fabulous music, exquisitely played!!!
I liked his comment before the encore about the full body visceral experience of the organ when it rumbles and shakes the ground. I didn't understand this until our family visited the Cathedral of Notre Dame on Easter Sunday and priests were coming down the aisle with boys swinging incense lanterns in front of them, and the organ piece that played made me think the ceiling was going to break open and the clouds from glory was going to break through. The floor felt ready to give way under the crescendos. I was frightened a little bit, - witless in the moment of worship and the Divine. The music was not in a minor key nor sinister, just bigger than anything some expensive speaker sets could deliver at home.
During the last few months, as we were confined home, Jonathan's concert kept us in touch with the outside world and help us putting beauty in our lives. It was a pleasure to discover now his brother, always present during Jonathan's concert, but never visible. The mix piano-organ was a delight, especially the very thrilling Tom's compositions which we have not the pleasure of hearing before in Canada. Congratulations to both of you.
These two are just sublime. The most inspiring and cheerful concert I've seen for years, and just what we need during these dark days. So many thanks!
Absolutely brilliant.Loved every minute of the concert.
It's WONDERFULL, 👏👏👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏🙏 From Manaus Brazil
Bravo! Love your concerts!
So happy to have found this recital! My father was a wonderful organist, and this takes me back to my childhood, listening to him play at church in Bromley and at local recitals .. makes me appreciate what an outstanding musician he was. Thank you
Great, great, great!
The best way to say thank you, must be in italian...
Siete semplicemente fantastici!
MERAVIGLIOSI!
Bravo beautiful sound organ and piano perfect.
Wonderful! The organ seems like an orchestra and the piano like a soloist
Magnificent performances, gentlemen.
My all time fav as opener in a perfect dialogue between grand-piano & organ. Fell in love with the piece by Händel (Andante, Concerto Opus 4, no 1), so uplifting and full of positive energie. Once again a stunning performance. The boys really know, how to ignite colourful fireworks. Absolutely speechless... 💕
This the greatest surprise of this awful lockdown - to find such genius. Thank you so much for opening our eyes to your truly great talent.
I love hearing you both play together. Awesome concert!
"Timepiece"...... wonderful
What a way to end the day!! Thankful for you two!!
It is a gift to our eyes and ears to savor the magical music of these two highly gifted musicians.. Their artistry is phenomenal!
The talent displayed here, is amazing. Well done and congratulations.
One year later, listening again - the Gluck at the end is exquisite!!
Claude Debussy, Jonathan Scott, Tom and this lovely peace "Claire de Lune" wow......at last Handel wow
GENTLEMEN , THANK, YOU.
I love what you guys are doing: bringing the organ/piano to the masses. :)
It lifts the heart and soul to hear such fine music and playing on grand instruments. Appreciated! THANKS from Australia.
This entire concert was a joy for the ears and the eyes, ending with an achingly beautiful encore. I don't know if I'm reading too much into it, but based on the last few online programs of tremendous virtuosity, I feel that the Scott Brothers have taken the gloves off and are demanding their rightful place in the pantheon of great keyboard performers.
No, I don’t think you are reading too much into it. Where else would two keyboard performers be found to match their combined talents and dedication?
I wholeheartedly agree. Their creativity, imagination and soul for performance and composition are thrilling! Stunning. Watch, listen and enjoy! You will hear the greats in their own time!-trust me

Lucas & Arthur Jussen are two brothers from Holland, who also are a wonderful duo - not that I'm downplaying what the two Scotts are doing, but you asked the question.
Really, they don't need to Demand it, they've already Earned it -- and a little help from their friends won't hurt!
Absolutely wonderful! Thank you Jonathan and Tom from Glencoe, Minnesota, USA.
The Scott brothers are such amazing musicians, their organ and piano playing is so inspiring and uplifting. My wife and I have just loved their concerts, what a thrill it would be for us to see them in a live concert in New Zealand .
Thanks for all these fabulous concerts you are doing for the thirsty public missing attending such feasts in person, Tom and Jonathan. Hope to watch in person again one day! Such a blessing, both! Hellen W.
No words, just feelings 😊
¡Gracias!
💐💐💐🙏👏👏👏
Wonderful Concert. You are both talented and generous. Thank you.
Clair de Lune with piano and organ is marvelous. The organ gives the better basses.
Absolutely sublime! thanks boys ! from an organist in Canada.
What a joy to listen to, thank you Johnathan and Tom for bringing such musical pleasure during these challenging times. I fully intend to attend your concerts in the Northwest when restrictions are eased. Thank you so much!
Fascinating, Tom. The music lingers on in your mind after it is over. Bellmore, NY USA
A virtual work of virtual concerts, Jonathan says but nothing virtual about these brothers' virtuosity. It's not just their sheer musicianship and keyboard skills, not even Jonathan's amazing transcriptions for organ solo or duet, or his beloved harmonium, but there's a unstated, modest, quiet love for their music and each other and us, the audience, that cannot help shining out. There really is something magical and rare going on here. I live in NZ now, and many of these videos bring acute nostalgia. I hope to be able to come to the UK again later this year, and I'd be willing to walk 500 miles to hear these two play.
If I had as much talent in the tip of my little finger I would consider I was wealthy. You guys have talent in your whole hands and body. Beautiful. PLEASE continue posting your glorious videos.
Thank You both! Beautiful concert
Absolutely brilliant. Why don’t BBC 2 broadcast such marvellous performances, time they did! I’m ex-organist who have just paid for my new TV licence and what they are providing showing brilliant young talent is NIL. This performance I have just watched was unbelievable.
Well said! I remember when the BBC used to broadcast lots of fantastic music programmes. It breaks my heart that this has largely been abandoned, save for the Proms; I am thankful for other repeats on BBC4.
Hi David, 100% with you. All you have to do is wear very little, have lots of dubious tattoo's, be thick, swear a lot and have a chaotic lifestyle (ideally with an addiction of some sort) and woo hoo, go on telly!!
David Mayo I would dearly like to know how many BBC sound engineers were involved in Jonathan’s recent Albert Hall concert because Tom does such an excellent job on his own for all these wonderful videos.
J Bo . I haven’t a clue how many sound engineers were used. Yet there must have been a lot of microphones. To have a completely empty Albert Hall and organ recital must have been a dream for Johnathan. Probably that will never happen again, because it produced such an excellent sound, with even a bit of reverberation. I’ve played the Sorcerers Apprentice several times as it is so clever. I’ve even purchased the dvd of the film Fantasier to watch Mickey Mouse going about his duty to the original sound track. That film was released in 1940, so now 80 years old.
Bravo yet again!
What a magical virtuoso performance by two incredible musicians. This is the first time I have heard Tom Scott play and I did not realise he is a concert standard pianist. In the last two selections the organ sounded as if it were a symphony orchestra playing along with the piano.
How truly delightfull!
This Handel piece was absolutely wonderful!
Jacques Bensimon and the rest? I will answer that. Bloody brilliant is what it was!
Thank you so much guys, sheer delight to watch and listen to.
From heaven!!! Thank you!
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The highlight for me was the Yon - how on earth can anyone’s feet move so fast??? The encore (Gluck) was exquisite. As always, a real treat for the ears and eyes. How lucky we are to have these online concerts! Thank you, Jonathan and Tom.
I do believe Jonathan's feet are winged.
The BEST!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😭
A fantastic concert. Unbelievable talent.
Really enjoyed Tom's Timepiece - a highlight for me.
Standing ovations 👋👋👋👋
Glorious music! Such virtuosos! Love watching & listening to you play.
Amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍👍 Absolutely grand. Both have amazing musicianship! ❤️
Amen very blessed
Truly spectacular! So blessed to be able to watch and listen to such rich, exceptional music performed to absolute perfection ++++++! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Wow. Beautiful!!!❤
Such talented men! Amazing and delightful!
Wonderful. Thank you
Thanks for another beautiful concert by two very multi-talented young men. Great performance!
Ihr seid so eine tolle Einheit. Danke für den musikalischen Traum. Bewahrt es Euch, das haben nicht viele Menschen.
We are so lucky to have had 12 of these concerts in the last few months and also being able to watch again repeatedly. They have been appreciated beyond words. Can’t wait to see on iPlayer Jonathan’s Organ Solo Prom live from the Royal Albert Hall on the 29th!! It will be fantastic.
I'll be spending the day figuring out how to fake out the BBC's geofencing to get their iPlayer working in the U.S., and I'm not planning to feel guilty about it!
This is beyond my comprehension but I”m sure you’ll work it out. Good luck 🤞!
@@joanmetcalfe5038 Joan are you saying you are a technophobe/Luddite ;-) ;-) ? Hope you are well. Been very busy at the railway.. "Chuffernutters EVERYWHERE !!" Will drop you an email. asap.
Joan Metcalfe indeed. amen
Bravos to both Jonathan, and Thomas, your music were really dynamics. Thank you .
Outstanding, both of you! Your music makes this pandemic more bearable. Both Handel works were my absolute favorites; the two instruments complemented each other so beautifully! All selections were marvelous, though. Thank you for brightening up the worldwide web for us.
I am is wishing you put music on spotify so me can listen when i is drive
Thank you so much to Jonathan and Tom for the most wonderful concert, that really had something for everyone. These two brothers are gifted beyond measure, and we are so very lucky to have them. My favourite piece was the arrangement of the Dances from Borodin's Prince Igor; simply spellbinding!
