I had a friend who dabbled with all those mlm companies. Thirty-One was just overpriced ugly crap, and she always tried to get me to buy from her. It ended our friendship because she was relentless. I feel bad for Shanann...it's not easy selling that stuff.
That happened to me once as well. And a friend who owned her own shop and her product was way marked up and she got mad at me for buying something that she sold from another store. She said “great way to support your friend” I’m like it’s too expensive. She was never a real friend though just took me years to figure it out.

It's the house they are living in that can cause bankruptcy. She should of sell the house and buy a 4 bedroom one instead. The house she was living in is way to big for 4 people. Really a 6 bedroom house just for only 4 people.
She didn't really need to work, tho. Chris was making enough to support them. They could have lived in a three bedroom and she could have saved $2,000 a month by keeping the girls _out_ of daycare. Then, she could have gone to nursing school in the evenings if she wanted. Medical jobs don't check credit and they only care if you have a felony. She dropped out of CNA classes in NC. To top that off, she could have kept from getting pregnant (on purpose) the third time. That would have eased their financial burdens and guaranteed the girls a better financial support system. Remove Thrive from the equation, put them in a cute three bedroom with a veggie garden, take the $800 a month Lexus away, stop the germ infested daycare, eat home cooked meals, get fresh air and stop bullying the husband. But Shanann had a compulsion to spend money and live waaay beyond her means while being a bully. She wouldn't even clean her house. Chris cleaned when he got home after working outside all day. He cooked. He snapped. Shanann had something wrong in the head. She wasn't a business person; she was a scammer.who bilked "investors" out of $130K plus.

It's the house they are living in that can cause bankruptcy. She should of sell the house and buy a 4 bedroom one instead. The house she was living in is way to big for 4 people. Really a 6 bedroom house just for only 4 people.
She didn't really need to work, tho. Chris was making enough to support them. They could have lived in a three bedroom and she could have saved $2,000 a month by keeping the girls _out_ of daycare. Then, she could have gone to nursing school in the evenings if she wanted. Medical jobs don't check credit and they only care if you have a felony. She dropped out of CNA classes in NC. To top that off, she could have kept from getting pregnant (on purpose) the third time. That would have eased their financial burdens and guaranteed the girls a better financial support system. Remove Thrive from the equation, put them in a cute three bedroom with a veggie garden, take the $800 a month Lexus away, stop the germ infested daycare, eat home cooked meals, get fresh air and stop bullying the husband. But Shanann had a compulsion to spend money and live waaay beyond her means while being a bully. She wouldn't even clean her house. Chris cleaned when he got home after working outside all day. He cooked. He snapped. Shanann had something wrong in the head. She wasn't a business person; she was a scammer.who bilked "investors" out of $130K plus.
I'm fascinated by the fact SW never ventured outside of her own home to mingle with her neighbors.

Actually it was because she did some shady business deals. She was being investigated for embezzlement and didn't pay back "investors" of over $130,000. Nk, her dad and Shanann had dealings and things went pretty bad. Yes Shanann was a fake person and treated Chris like sh**, filed for a separation and to get a divorce started in APRIL, made him sleep downstairs, cheated and caused alot of trouble for Chris and his family. Shanann got them so far in debt that there was no way they could stay in the house. She had called several lawyers, which Chris had no idea she did that. She took off to NC to separate from him and left him for 5 wks. Ppl have no idea what was going on.

He was only sleeping about 3 hours per night due to being hopped up on the speed in those Thrive patches. Long term sleep deprivation causes changes in brain chemistry. I absolutely believe the patches played a role in this.
