Hello sir, i have registered a pvt. ltd. company recently, upon logging into EPF portal i'm getting this -> "My company has obtained EPFO Registration number at the time of its incorporation though the employment strength has not reached the threshold limit of 20 for applicability of the EPF & MP Act 1952. I understand that my company has to start compliance under the Act once the employment strength reaches 20. I also understand that in case my company does not start the compliance even after reaching the threshold limit of employment EPFO may take appropriate action under the Act on receipt of any complaint or information from members or any third party." - should i have to do any compliance now?

1. I have a Proprietary Firm and doing it's PF and Esic registration. In contact persons tab The system is asking for primary Manager Details but we don't have Manager and we have not selected establishment category as a factory.
Every time its showing red text, please solve this problem.
2. Whenever I save as draft then it is not saving anywhere and again I have start from beginning, please advise 🙏

Hai sir, i want to be create PF account for one private Ltd Company. In user ID and password create stage its show Already register with mail id. But when i given forgetton user ID its shows Your token has been expired. How to solve this issue and create for PF account.

Sir, in our company 4 employees not able to register in pf portal from last two months, because of aadhar issue. Now aadhar is rectify it. Now we need to register that employees to pf portal. Here we have some queries please solve it
1) Can we give the two months back joining date and contribution off two months pf as arrears or normal ecr. ( Because we deduct pf amount every month ). 2) Incase two months back date give the joining date and contribute pf in way off arrears or normal ecr. Any interest or penalty applicable or not.
3) Or Can we give joining date on current month and return the pf amount to employees ( what we collect from the employees ).

We should go with option 3.
We can do 1&2 also, but unnecessary questions and documentary work need to face with penalty as well. So better go with option 3

Establishment Name में प्रोपराइटरी फर्म के लिए PAN No is not required लिखा है । लेकिन आगे PAN No मैंडेटरी किया है । जब हम फॉर्म सबमिट करते है तो PAN No is not matched with owner ऐसा error आता है । इसका क्या समाधान है आपने अपने वीडियो में नही बताया है ।
