INGREDIENTS:
Bread Slices (ब्रेड) - 5
Water (पानी) - as required
Ghee/Butter (घी/बटर) - some
Whipped cream ( व्हिप्ड क्रीम) - as required
Desiccated coconut (नारियल का बुरादा) - some
Pistachios/Tutti-frutti/Cherries (पिस्ता/टूटी-फ्रूटी/चेरी) - for garnishing
RECIPE:
Roll the Bread Slices with rolling pin,cut their edges and cover the bread with a wet cloth.Then cut the rolled Bread Slices in strips and roll the bread strips on the Cream Roll Mould as shown in video.You can make Bread Rolls without Mould by cutting bread slices in 2 triangular parts and roll them in cone shape.Grease the tray with Ghee/Butter and apply some Ghee on the Rolls and bake them in the pre-heated Microwave Convection/OTG at 180-200 degree for 5-6 mins.You can fry the Rolls in the medium heated Oil and take out them on a tissue paper.Then keep the Rolls for cooling down and demould them and fill the whipped cream in the Rolls.Garnish the Crispy Cream Rolls with some Desiccated Coconut,Pistachios and Tutti Frutti.Bakery Style Cream will get ready easily at home.

Madam!! Cake k liye hum jo whipping cream use karte hain use thanda use karna padta hai, aur cake decorate karne k baad bhi fridge me rakhna padta hai warna wo melt hone lagega.
