As a retired potter, I think this is fairly brilliant! I'm also a miniaturist and I believe that you've got a nice 1:12 scale going. Excellent finishing on each bowl. You are a gifted Artist!

@@skitterly Baking temperature for polymer clay is very low compared to glass, that is created with very high temperatures, there's no danger of cracking. Just like ceramics, that's why many people bake their pc pieces on it. You can get marbles for making pc bowls at any toy store.

@@clayzoo I don't know how to handle polymer clay. I understand there is a certain skill involved I imagine takes years to gain. I agree the pattern would look fantastic on furniture handles.
As I watched I wasn't sure what you were doing...I thought you were creating as you went, abstract, but...you had a plan! Kept increasing. A snowflake, bright, refreshing. You are so clever with the manipulation of the clay to make it all come together! Awesome. Do you draw ideas on paper first?
thank you ^^ Most canes do not start with a design. Just think and work right away. There are times when I change to a different direction in the middle of making it. Haha But this cane was designed first!

That's right ^^ If you make it cold, its shape is maintained and it is easy to take out!
You know the properties of polymer clay well too! Skilled!!
Blue and white is actually quite a popular colour combo in ceramics/porcelain, especially for Chinese pottery.

Be careful not to heat up the glass to fast or it might crack. I recommend putting it in then turning the oven on after for a slower start
