Well you need to litterally remeber how strong kiagu number 8 is compared to other already devestating and deadly kiagu. One wrong move for example of who to put your trust in espicially if it is the enemy that you allowed into your ranks could lead to horrendous consequences. Yes he did save them but a person must wonder whethef or not he has a higher objective or not. We know he does not but what about them they do not know at all.
