People JYP and JYPE is two different things. Park Jinyoung himself isn't ceo anymore so it isn't his fault of what kind of treatment his artists are receiving. Park Jinyoung has taken the blame in himself plenty of times, when it isn't even his job! I get that he owns the company etc.... but do you really think that he can keep up with all that is happening? From what I've seen and heard park Jinyoung is very supportive over Jimin (this I have also seen with Sunmi) and he keeps in touch with her. He tries to make the artist comfortable, and if they have a complaint they can come to him when in need. I admire Park Jinyoung, but the managers and ceo's at JYP really need to step up their game with boy groups. And from what I've heard a boy group/band is debuting next year so I really hope that by then JYPE has changed their manners. I also think before companies debut new groups and artists, they should treat their old ones better!

Called useless and talentless by their own producers. Mismanaged. Sana and tzuyu being sexualised. 3. Stray Kids : Overworked, little to no promotions. In 2019, skz had 5 comebacks even with the dismissal of a member. Their leader goes live WEEKLY to talk with fans, they constantly produce and work to the point where Chan sleeps 6 hours a week. And Skz is the only kpop group left in JYPE that hasnt been on Knowing brothers. They even produce songs for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES. 4. Itzy : Itzy is being promoted better than JYPE's boygroups too, but their members are often mismanaged. Often you can't see a member on an advertisement page that they took part in. And most of the times that member is Chaeryeong. Yuna is a minor and she's being put in short SHORT clothings and is being sexualised so often i can't count. 5. Day6 : Jae recently spoke up for himself on twitter, but it was immediately solved. In my opinion, the company was keeping him quiet. Jae spoke up about the mistreatment he received. We need more artists like Jamie to speak up for themselves.

Despite many people thinking JYP is the most perfect company that can do no wrong, it’s important to understand that each company has their flaws and we, as kpop stans shouldn’t try to overlook this !!

Yeah all companies in the kpop industry has it's own flaws Majority of the companies in the kpop industry they either mistreated, sexualized, mismanaged, etc., they don't give them enough support and promotion especially the underrated groups.... One thing I like about them is they introduce to us our idols our source of inspiration our role model.
To all those people saying jyp isn't the ceo. Here's something for you. He isn't the ceo but cco. Chief Creative Officer. He is also the largest shareholder. Jype has a song committee of 15 members and jyp is one of them. He doesn't take part in any corporate work of jype but has full creative control over all the artists. And yes the ceo can't stop him.

So yes, their decisions will favor ventures that will make them money. I'm not saying everything they do is what they should be doing, but I don't see what the fans are supposed to be doing about it. If you don't like their stuff, don't buy/consume their stuff.
We idolize singers/dancers/actors...we want them to be treated like kings and queens. But are they truly the most deserving people of this worship? There are people out there who literally give up their lives to protect other people. People who wake up everyday with the goal to save lives. Maybe we should put things in perspective. I love music. I like kpop. I appreciate the entertainment. I truly do. I know music can be healing for some people. But I think we get worked up over the wrong things.

To all those people saying jyp isn't the ceo. Here's something for you. He isn't the ceo but cco. Chief Creative Officer. He is also the largest shareholder. Jype has a song committee of 15 members and jyp is one of them. He doesn't take part in any corporate work of jype but has full creative control over all the artists. And yes the ceo can't stop him.
but that does not mean he has the role / responsibility to manage the artists and their promotional schedules. everyone has their own role in a company. I mean I'm not even a fan but the guy doesnt deserve the hate bcs of a mess someone else have made.

It's weird that JYP pretty much didn't care about her when she's the greatest female vocalist that they ever signed into their label... I'm no vocal expert but I'm sure she can definitely outsing any of JYP's former and current female vocalists... Even JYP legends such as Sunye and Yeeun aren't as vocally capable as she is

I love Jamie, but when I first saw her I didn't even know she was a singer. I had to look for her songs after her outburst. I literally thought she was just an MC because that was all I saw her do. JYP wasted her talent. I like twice, but Jamie's voice is amazing and she had a lot of potential when she was in JYP.
