Why did you make a slit on one end after rolling the log. How much tyclose did you use and why did you use it. Thank you
Hello Tanisha. I just removed something. A teaspoon of tylose powder would do depending on the humidity of the weather. Humid weather + more tylose powder = will help firm up fondant faster.
