man ive been playing stalker games and mods for about 5 years now and I just cant stop playing these mods, this mod is def going to make me play stalker for another 6 months. I can always leave the zone but the zone will never leave me

I love the way Expedition looks, but for some reason it keeps crashing every once in awhile due to an issue with the yuv2rgb shader file. Had to swap to different mods :/
Is there any performance drops? If so is there a low spec mode for this? Ty great vid as always.

What requirements are recommended or range of PC to play this modpack? I have a mid tier computer you could say, so I wanted to know how much this mod requires
Honestly this mod is one of the most intensive graphical mods for Anomaly. My old pc build was a i7 8700k, rtx 2070 and 32gb ram (3200mhz) and I got 70-80fps. I now have an i7 12700k, rtx 3080 and 32gb 5200mhz and I get about 120-30fps with this modpack
Suprisingly quite stable for my low-mid tier laptop, 25-30 fps with some stutter. Quite playable even with some large NPC combats

Last version is so gloomy, bright and saturated, can't even set it even with reshading.

@@thebossu78 Do you not see a weird blue effect when looking at stuff like the abandoned APCs or trucks? No matter what I do with the modpack I get that issue. And I installed it correctly.

Have the same problem, doesn't seem like there is a fix for that, yet, dunno what the future holds
Oh and just a little FYI, take a look at the logs in the gamedata File of your game, maybe it'll help you

I'd rather play Anomaly than DayZ all day. This game's atmosphere is just stunning, especially with a s**t load of mods.

@@jeremieh5009 yup, if you decided to play with that mod pack, I advise you to enable the mod called ''NVG'', that will prevent a weird crash ... that was in my case anyway, my PC isn't the strongest.

what exactly is the difference between this one and gamma? I've been playing every mod out there I think. This is a legit question.
Well this appears to be mainly a reshade/graphical addon/visual adjustments to Anomaly, which GAMMA is a massive modpack on top of. I'd say there's probably very few gameplay differences between this and Anomaly because it doesn't seem to cover gameplay tweaks or balance changes, just visual stuff. GAMMA though is a pack of 300+ mods that changes almost everything about anomaly to some degree, so if you've never played base Anomaly, then this would be like that but with graphical/weather/environment enhancements. So, yeah, pretty different from GAMMA, especially the game economy of parts and repairing mechanics and survival/crafting stuff and traders not selling guns and all that.

All of these so called reshades have one big issue. Too dark. Its all about changing brightness and gamma settings. U can barely see anything a it sucks.
The truth of the matter is most are tailored specifically to screenshots or videos like this. Behind the scenes, it's awful for gameplay. It's hard to find an actually good reshade that is playable.

@@josephrodriguez7877 Monitor settings are diffrent for everyone along side with any color changing setting you may have enabled in your drivers. Yes obviously you have to change some settings yourself you sped.
agreed, all these reshades have the contrast all spun out, even regular Anomaly and GAMMA suffer from this, everything is ultra bright bloom and pitch black blobs, no in-between - I always have to flatten things out and fiddle with the brightness/gamma/contrast base settings and shaders in order to get a reasonable visibility somewhere in between blinding light and can't-see-shit
